Returns policy.

1. Standard contact lenses can be returned. Send us the lenses

- unopened (unopened containers / boxes or packaging)
- In the original packaging, and satisfactory for resale again
- With a copy of the order or invoice
- with our return form (see below)
- Within 14 days of receiving the lenses
- well packed

and we will refund your money within 2 days after reception, or exchange the product . A refund will be made towards the payment card account from which the money was originally debited, or by transfer to your bank account.

Note: Lenses available in soft secondary packaging - called blisters, cannot be returned, as these are not satisfactory for resale.
You are responsible for the return shipment and its costs. Please keep "proof of postage" when returning products.
If you are returning products from a non-EU country, you must send the product(s) with Public Mail (not a courier company).

2. Non-standard contact lenses cannot be exchanged, returned or canceled:
- XR or "Haloween" type contact lenses
- Custom products / lenses made specifically for each order (specially made by the manufacturer for the customer)

3. Defective lenses
Defective lenses can be exchanged for the same product if the manufacturer confirms a defect. Send us the defective lens(es) + original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
You must include our return form.
When/if the lens manufacturer agrees that the lens is defective, a replacement lens will be sent to you at no cost.
If you are returning products from a non-EU country, you must send the product(s) with Public Mail (not a courier company).

We cannot issue refunds for defective items.
